Unity-Joy Dale has a background in teaching and fine art. For over 12 years she worked as a Creative Therapist with the physically disabled, in particular those with head injuries.
She also ran a small private practice and worked as a supervisor for Cruse. She has facilitated creative shamanic courses and workshops in Athens, New Zealand and UK including drum making and the crafting of other shamanic tools. Though now retired to the Dorset hills she continues to bring her creative spirit to Green Park.

Bruce Greenhalgh currently manages Employee Assistance programmes for corporate clients. He has an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotheraphy and is an accredited counsellor with the BACP. He also has a Diploma in Adlerian Counselling and a Certificate in Adlerian Supervision.

Keith Lewis has worked for a private counselling agency (sponsored by Reading Borough Council) for the past 17 years. The agency works with Young People 11 - 25 years old. Regarded as an Integrative Counsellor his practice is grounded in a Person Centred approach. He has been supervising counsellors for 6 years and with a co-trainer assists in the design and implementation of a rigorous skills based training programme. Keith also works in Further Education.

Rachael Ayers is a graduate of Individual Psychology. She is currently working in a large secondary school with young people of all ages and abilities, including those with special education needs. She has been working creatively with young people for several years, and is passionate about the art making process.

Margaret Nimmo Smith trained in Adlerian counselling in Cambridge. She now works part time in a GP practice and sees private clients for individual and family work. Margaret is a tutor for the Adlerian Diploma Course and a supervisor. She has worked for Cambridge CRUSE Bereavement Care for 14 years as a counsellor, trainer and supervisor. Margaret is also trained in group work and holds an Advanced Transpersonal Diploma.

Jill Reynolds has a Diploma in Adlerian Counselling, a Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Supervision. She is a tutor with the Bucks Adlerian Training Team and works creatively with young people and adults for Connexions and in her private practice in Buckinghamshire.

Ron Wallace is a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling. 
He works at GP surgeries in Surrey and Sussex as well as in private practice and at a Children's Hospice. His original training was in Modern Foreign Languages and he has a wide experience in the world of education, examining and publicity.

Paul Lindemann is a Counsellor, Supervisor and Trainer working within an integrated Humanistic frame. He is an External Consultant for the Adlerian training course in Aylesbury and has a growing international reputation for his work.

Karen John is a developmental psychologist who works as a researcher, trainer, consultant,
psychotherapist/counsellor and as a supervisor of therapeutic and work-based practice. With 37 years of experience in mental health services, her abiding aim is to help individuals, families, organisations and a range of professionals to recognise and overcome internal and external obstacles that interfere with their healthy functioning and development. She has developed and facilitates a number of courses, including groupwork and group facilitation, collaborative inquiry, work-based individual and group supervision, counselling, leadership mentoring, family change and changing families, child and adolescent mental health.

Tony Morris has attended Green Park as an ordinary participant since 2002, where he has enjoyed Dramatherapy, Mask making, Dance and movement as well as Lifestyle and Early Recollections modules. As a broadly Humanistic Counsellor he finds Adlerian Psychology matches his worldview and style of therapy. Originally trained in Gestalt, he has widened his toolkit to include solution focussed approaches and particularly Existential Therapy. Tony is BACP, UKAHPP accredited and a UKCP registered counsellor, and has been practicing since 1994. Tony has had previous careers in commerce, in computer systems and teaching business computing in adult education.

Wendy Goddard is the founder of The Listening Ear, a charity in Bournemouth which meets the needs of children, young people and their families. She currently provides supervision for the team of counsellors as well as other professionals working with young people. She is dedicated to disseminating and good practice by facilitating seminars, workshops and parenting support groups, much influenced by the work of Alfred Adler et al. Although having had a varied career: a psychiatric nurse, an LEA advisor, counsellor and supervisor, Wendy has always had children and young people at the heart of her work. Her creative approach is always fun but well grounded in theory. She has written parenting manuals and now provides training for Adlerian Parenting Facilitators and is Chair of the Adlerian Society UK.

Kim Lee Own qualified as an Adlerian Counsellor in 2003. Since then she has worked in private practice and as a volunteer for a local young people's counselling centre. Since 2004 Kim has taught on the Cambridge Adlerian Counselling Training programme and on Parent Education programmes.
Kim has a special interest in encouragement and personal development and helping others to recognise and achieve their potential.

Vincent Byrne is an Adlerian Practitioner, currently working in a number of schools with students and families, providing a 'Working with Professionals' group as part of an initiative within education. Other work includes Art Therapy Groups, Lifestyle Assessments, Training Courses, Lectures etc. He says "I write and paint and enjoy the variety that working as an independent brings; perhaps the main aim of my work is to be part of encouraging Psychology into the fourth wave - closer to self help and democracy in action.

Sue Anne O'Donnell - Woman, Wife, Mother, Liver of life to the fullest, A Life Coach in Practice with an Adlerian background is delighted to have this wonderful opportunity to facilitate at Green Park this Summer. As someone who works on a daily basis with youth and adults this year's choice and a mix of workshops at GP offers a beautiful balanced perfectly suited to Sue Anne's 'slightly Irish approach'!!!

Phil Riddle has an MA, Cert. Ed, Dip. Couns; he has spent over ten years as lead therapist and counselling coordinator in a secure setting and led an educational team that taught children with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. Phil has been in attendance at Green Park for several years.
